Show Notes

As part of our heritage month series, this week's edition of Ghana in Focus looks at some more authentic Ghanaian dishes.

The dishes we feature include the national dish of the Asante people Fufuo and Palm nut soup (Ab3nkwan), the national dish of the Ga people, Ga Kenkey (Ncran Dokonu) and a Ghanaian street food classic K3l3w3l3 (spiced fried sweet plantain)

We cite these Ghanaian dishes are some of the most popular and favourite culinary delights in Ghana.

We strongly advise you sample these great dishes on your next visit to Ghana, preferably during the Easter festivities when there will be much to do and see in Ghana including paragliding over the scenic Kwahu mountains, The spectacular Kintampo Falls and the picturesque Aburi Botanical Gardens,
