This week's edition of Ghana in focus analyses why Ghanaian youth should stay in Ghana rather than seeking greener pastures on the West.

Over the last 4 years there has been a marked increase in the numbers of Ghanaians that have left the country.

We explain some of the reasons why Ghanaians have decided to leave the country.

We then go into detail as to why Ghanaian youth should stay at home and fight for their rights.

We explain why Ghanaian youth are allowing the political elite and the sub kings (Chiefs) to get away with the corruption and mismanagement of the country by not holding them to account and taking the easy option by leaving the country.

We end by stating some of the consequences of Ghanaian youth leaving Ghana.
